Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the rsdfed.com website (the "Site") operated by Reliant Sentinel Defense FED ("RSDFED", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

01Who we are

RSDFED is a Cyber AB Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO) based in Roy, Utah, providing CMMC readiness support, compliance documentation, and secure IT guidance to small and mid-sized Department of War contractors. We are not a CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) and do not perform certification assessments. Certification is performed by authorized C3PAOs independent of RSDFED.

02Site contents

The Site is provided for informational purposes. Content on the Site — including descriptions of services, tiers, CMMC requirements, and practitioner guidance — is general in nature and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice for your specific situation. Engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement between RSDFED and the client.

03No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any specific outcome (including any specific CMMC assessment result) will be achieved by following information on the Site.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or the experience of other users;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy material from the Site at scale without our written permission;
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party-restricted information through the contact form (including any CUI or classified information).

Do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or sensitive proprietary data through the contact form. The contact form is not authorized for handling CUI. For sensitive matters, contact us first and we will establish an appropriate channel.

05Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying design — is the property of RSDFED or its partners, including Stagg Business Solutions, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

06Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSDFED, its officers, employees, and partners (including Stagg Business Solutions) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites (including stagg-solutions.com, the Cyber AB, and federal resources). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Following an external link is at your own risk.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

09Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
