Reliant Sentinel Defense FED ("RSDFED", "we", "us") respects the privacy of the people who reach out through this site. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using rsdfed.com you agree to the practices described below.

01Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiry.

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Email correspondence. When you email us directly at [email protected], we receive whatever information you choose to include.
• Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for no more than 30 days.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or behavioral profiling on this site.

02How we use information

Information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry about CMMC readiness, compliance documentation, or secure IT support;
• Send transactional email related to your inquiry (acknowledgements, follow-ups, scheduling);
• Provide the services you request if you become a client; and
• Maintain the security and operation of the site.

03Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments:

• Resend — delivers outbound email when you contact us. Resend receives the email address and message body to perform that delivery.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS, TLS termination, and content delivery for rsdfed.com. Cloudflare may log connection metadata as part of its standard service.
• Stagg Business Solutions — provides the underlying hosting infrastructure (servers, storage, deploy pipeline) that powers this site. Stagg operates under a confidentiality agreement and processes data only as needed to keep the site running.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for their own use.

04Data retention

Contact form submissions and related email correspondence are retained for as long as needed to support your inquiry and any subsequent engagement, and then for a reasonable period thereafter for records and compliance. You can request deletion of your submission at any time (see Section 07).

05Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Email sent through our infrastructure uses authenticated SMTP with SPF and DKIM enforcement on rsdfed.com. The underlying servers are maintained on infrastructure operated by Stagg Business Solutions under reasonable safeguards. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we make no warranty of absolute security.

06Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

07Your choices

You can:

• Request a copy of personal information we hold about you;
• Request that we correct or delete personal information you have submitted;
• Opt out of any future correspondence by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us directly.

Send any of these requests to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

08Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify recent contacts by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
